My experience with this company has been extremely traumatic and mentally exhausting. I spent nearly an entire year dealing with stress, anxiety, and emotional distress after joining. What initially seemed like an opportunity turned into a deeply negative experience due to the actions of my sponsor and the lack of proper support from the company.
My sponsor, under the pretext of helping me, arranged for my products to be delivered to her own residence in another city. She then misled me by citing false policies and insisted on unboxing the products herself. When I eventually received the items after several months, they were already opened, tampered with, and in a damaged condition.
Whenever I requested my products during that period, she continuously made excuses and avoided giving a clear response. Her behavior made it seem as if I had willingly sent the products to her address, which was completely untrue. After approximately 4.5 months of repeated follow-ups and mental stress, I finally received the products, but unfortunately in a condition that was not acceptable.
I raised a formal complaint with the company against the sponsor and requested compensation for my financial loss. As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Direct Selling Rules 2021, companies are expected to take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, misrepresentation, and unethical practices by their distributors. However, the company’s response was limited to suspending the sponsor’s ID, without taking any further responsibility or action to resolve my financial loss.
Instead, I was informed that all members operate as independent contractors, and therefore the company could not intervene further. I was asked to recover my money directly from the sponsor. This response was disappointing and shifted the burden entirely onto me as a consumer.
Due to my lack of awareness of the applicable rules at that time, I continued to face mental harassment, false assurances, and unnecessary delays for an additional 2.5 months. The situation was further complicated by pressure from the sponsor, her family, and her senior.
Eventually, after losing patience, I took the initiative to research my rights and filed complaints with appropriate government and higher private authorities. After nearly one year of continuous struggle, the sponsor finally returned the amount I had spent on purchasing the products. Although I did not recover my complete financial loss, I was able to recover a significant portion.
This entire experience has had a serious impact on my mental and physical health, as well as my personal life, time, education, and self-respect. It has been a difficult and exhausting journey that could have been avoided with better accountability and support.
