This site is a huge scam. The customer service is deceptive, and here’s why: I placed an order on November 24, and after 10 days, they asked for my postal code, which was not requested during checkout. Then, after another 5 days, they emailed me stating it would take 7 to 15 business days (different from the ones that already passed 🤡). Once I realized this company was a scam, I reported it to the authorities and submitted a refund request with my payment provider, which I highly recommend doing if you’ve been scammed. You’ll need to provide evidence (screenshots), but the service was quick and efficient. I received my money back in 5 days after submitting the request. The seller tried to contest my claim, but it didn’t work because I was truthful. It's crucial for those who paid with this method to submit their refund requests within 60 days; otherwise, they won’t be able to help. Avoid these scammers and let’s prevent others from being deceived! Report to the authorities immediately if you’ve been scammed!
