Amazing customer service! I stupidly ordered the wrong size in a 2 piece set and contacted them to ask if it could possibly be changed. The item I wanted did not stock the size I required but he went above and beyond to find me an alternative set that would match the item which I was very pleased with and ensured I received this on time despite MY mistake as this was a present.
