I requested a withdrawal of €50 approximately 20 days ago from my VT Markets account.Initially, I was informed that withdrawals take up to 7 business days. However, it has now been 20 days and I have still not received the funds.Customer support repeatedly responds with “we are checking” but provides no clear timeline or proof of payment.This is not the first time I have experienced delays. On a previous withdrawal of €80, only €50 was paid after one week, and the remaining €30 was sent 10 days later without proper explanation.These repeated delays and lack of transparency are concerning. I expect a clear update and immediate resolution. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the relevant financial regulator.
