Recently bought a leather bracelet to complement another bracelet I have worn for a number of years. Though absolutely nothing wrong with the bracelet, it turned out to be just a little too ‘bulky’ and didn’t quite suit. With absolutely no quibble, arrangements were made for its return and another immediately dispatched which turned out to be ‘just the ticket’ and I’m really pleased with my purchase.
