The order was fulfilled and dispatched very quickly.On the recipients' return, he informed me that although he loved his present, it was unfortunately too big! Forge & Foundry dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently, arranging for a replacement almost by the next post, charging just a small fee. Nb this was because the present had engraving.I cannot praise this company enough, they kept me well-informed regarding everything that happened and would recommend them thoroughly.
