I was a loyal customer of forged and Foster. I have two watches from them and I figured I would buy a third. I ordered my watch May 17 of 2025. They told me my watch would take 3 to 5 days to deliver. It never came. I reached out to customer service And they told me my watch would be there by July. It is now the end of November to be exact the date is November 19, 2025. Customer service has stopped responding to me and I still have no answers on where my watch is. I gave them almost $400 For a watch that I have no clue if I will ever receive. If I ever receive my watch, I would never do business with them again.
