Great from start to finish. Had to exchange for the size up. After this was sent, I had to try and confirm before they engraved. As usual, I left it very close to the big day but the customer service and communications from them was excellent. They promised to get it done quickly and sent back on 24hr tracked and the following day it was with me, with 3 days to spare! I spent months looking and after seeing the reviews on Forge and Lumber, I decided to try myself and im so glad I did. I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you!
