My first encounter with this service was truly disappointing. I didn't receive any emails regarding my food order expected on Monday, and had to call for a tracking number. To make matters worse, the order wasn't sent out until 4 PM, resulting in a delivery delay until Wednesday. While my call with the support team was nice, it’s frustrating that I had to reach out to obtain tracking info, which should have been sent earlier. It’s unbelievable that they only created the label on the 20th and didn’t ship it until I complained.
