My first delivery went well. It was delivered on time and delivered on my doorstep. My second delivery was delayed and left on the ground near the community mail boxes that only accepts paper mail. My third delivery was delayed and most of the ice was melted but the meals were still cold. My fourth delivery was delayed by 3 days. All the ice was melted and the meals were not cold so I threw them away. I called the Forkful representative and told my horror story ie: the delivery service multiple times. On the last delivery I was told I would get a refund. This was on November 20. On November 21, I received an email from a Forkful representative that within 7 to 14 business days I’d receive my refund of $98.19 to the original payment method. When the 14 business days were up, I emailed the Forkful representative and let him know I hadn’t received the refund and would he look into it and get back to me. I never received a response to a total of 3 emails. As of December 17, I have not received my refund. I called a Forkful representative again and was told they would reprocess my refund and should have it by Christmas. This has been a nightmare. I also asked to speak to a manager or give me a number I could call a manager and was told “we don’t give that information out. I was not given the chance to speak to a manager. What kind of business management is that?Update: Today on December 18 I received my refund.
