The FAQ section is basic, and their refund policy is strict—only credits for future orders if issues are reported quickly. I ordered 12 meals and was dissatisfied with all of them. The eggs tasted rubbery, most meats were unappetizing, and the vegetables were waterlogged. The pancakes were decent, but I absolutely do not recommend this service due to poor customer service and bad-tasting food.
