In my experience, you have to enter your card information just to view the meals—zero transparency upfront. And the moment you do, you’re automatically agreeing to an $80 charge even if you cancel immediately. When you reach out for help, customer service just parrots the “agreement terms,” as if that somehow excuses the trap. It feels like you’re literally paying just to browse, and the whole setup comes off as designed to catch people off guard. It feels like an extremely predatory business practice to me. We have had much better luck with CookUnity.
