My first experience with this service was quite frustrating. I received no emails about my food order expected on Monday, and had to call for a tracking number. To top it off, the order wasn’t dispatched until 4 PM, causing it to arrive on Wednesday! While my interaction with the support team was pleasant and they helped with my tracking number, it’s ridiculous that I had to call to get information that should have been provided. I was shocked to learn they only created the shipping label on the 20th and didn't process it until I complained.
