In my role in Adult Social Care, I was keen to explore a different facet of Social Work, so I enrolled in the Form F Assessor Training. The training was excellently delivered by the trainer, who created an engaging atmosphere. Although I lacked significant experience in children's social care, the trainer encouraged me to connect with local Independent Fostering Agencies. After reaching out, one agency responded positively, and I am now working as an independent Form F Assessor.
