This is a horrible program, forced on me by employer health insurance, as a condition for continuing my medication. I have a relationship with my doctor. This thing is sucking up a lot of my time with intrusive questions not related to weight loss, automatically scheduled me for appointments with service providers at inconvenient times, spams me with texts on holiday weekends, is making me use their connected scale (the same model as the one I already own that my whole family uses, except, you know, already connected to their service so they want me to use a second one), and, is just overall not able to provide the same level of care as the team that I, you know, see in person. It's immoral that insurance overrides my relationship with my doctor this way, and the entire posture of this service is time wasting, intrusive, clumsy, and condescending. The best part is that the billing is completely opaque, so I have no idea how much I'm going to be charged for this "value added" service.
