The last 4 months have been great. I started 6 months ago with Form and the start was a bit challenging because I had to switch providers twice but I stuck with it and I love my current doctor and nutritionist. The best part is sticking with this program has helped me reach my initial weight loss goal of getting back to my typical clothing size. I’ve lost 45 pounds and I’ve dropped 3 sizes and at this point I’m planning to go down another 2 sizes, so about 15-20 lbs will get me to that final goal. I’m thrilled and very happy with how I feel now in my body!! I highly recommend this program. I will continue on Zepbound and will be on maintenance for the amount of time necessary in order to not regain the weight.
