Just a day after subscribing for a 3-month period, I decided to cancel because the application did not meet the expectations set. Instead of offering meal plans, users are required to log every item consumed throughout the day. Rather than simply uploading a photo of a meal, every ingredient needs to be entered. I attempted to cancel the morning after my subscription purchase. What did I hear back? Refunds are not granted unless the cancellation is due to technical difficulties, not personal choice. This is a clear misrepresentation of what the application offers, and should not be dismissed as merely personal preference.
