Ordered many various products for my whole family. Shipment was split into 3-4 packages, each arrived from different country and in various dates. Longest took 1 month to be delivered. I had to pay customs tax for some packages that arrived from countries outside our economic zone. This isn't even that bad, most of the products were OK, but one package was completely different from what I have ordered. Size, color, style - most probably misrouted or wrong order shipped to me. When I contacted Support via email, they have never replied. 0 answers since Christmas. I have never seen a T-shirt I paid for, which can be considered scam or fraud.
