A month and a half goes by since their last reply and formula swiss as yet to refund me from a purchase i've made more than 4 months ago and that they were never able to deliver it!This company refund policy is simply unaceptable !! They are simplying stalling with each reply and do not offer an actual solution to fix their mess. Unbelievable!
