I'm really disappointed. It arrived a couple of days ago as a surprise for my girlfriend's dog. I sized the harness according to the sizing options on the website. It's way too big for the dog! I also ended up ordering two leads because the checkout process is confusing and looked like I was being offered a bigger discount on the first lead. Had no intention of ordering two of them. There was no option to edit my cart on the website and I emailed the company straight after ordering, to be told that they couldn't adjust the order as it had been shipped. I found this hard to believe, given that I'm a day here in Australia and I ordered and sent the email overnight when they would have received it at the start of their following workday
