One agent in particular at Fortect was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Some of the AI is revolting...in 3 months I've received over 350 AI-generated emails that are totally useless to me and they opened about 12-15 tickets.
If not for the AI impositions and form letters that cause an indignity to Fortect's human customers, it would be an awesome service.
