The manager appears to favor certain individuals and discriminates against others. Friends of his seem to get jobs while others, who are reliable, do not. I have raised concerns with legal counsel regarding discrimination and equality. It seems that those who are favored do not meet the same work standards as others. This individual should be held accountable, and I am considering legal action. There seems to be a pattern of favoritism that is detrimental to fairness in the workplace.
