I ordered a baby carrier nearly 2 months ago which was only meant to take a couple weeks and after 3 weeks the tracking just stopped. After a lot of patience and numerous emails back and forth they have told me they have resent the product as it appears it went to the wrong address but still no new tracking has been issued.Finding it difficult to believe I’ll be receiving the product as I feel scammed. I’d be wary of the company as the communication is appearing to be dodgy unfortunately - think twice before paying.
