From the start every one was very friendly and gave great customer service. We were able to have a technician come the next day to install. The technician called before to let us know when he would be arriving. He was very professional and patient. We have a 2 year old with a disability and 4 year old that is very curious. But he was very amicable and pleasant with them. Technician went over everything with us step by step exactly what he was doing and why. Usually you get the guys who come in and don't want to be bothered when they work and do there own thing. But he went over the in's and outs of what he was doing. Very nice. Usually most techs are not so well put together and with minimal people skills. But that was not the case. He was sharp and professional and easy going. The service is great it let's me have peace of mind while I am at work knowing that the most important part of my life is being well guarded and secure. We have had a couple of instances where we have a false alarm because I forgot the alarm was on and the monitoring service was quick respond and make sure everything was alright. Not to mention the customer service center at the office called a few days later just to double check we were doing well. I have never seen that before. The entire staff is quite personable and I don't feel that I am just another Joe schmo of the street. They know my name and know my family as well. I recommend them to my friends and family. It's just so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that still care about the customer. I hope the staff gets to see this and know that we really appreciate there work.
