I am a Royal Diamond VIP member and have been for a couple months now. I never was assigned a VIP account manager like the site stated. My tickets go directly to the an automated customer support response.
I don’t even receive the Friday emails showing my points for the month, where I’m able to track my VIP progress. I have not received any Friday coupons or any coupons in general in almost a month. It’s as if I’m getting blacklisted from the platform.
I continue to email them about these frustrations but all I get are automated responses that go nowhere. My tickets randomly get closed after no response or resolution. This is ridiculous as I have spent thousands of dollars on this platform and was very excited to be a continuous Royal Diamond VIP member.
