it’s been almost a month since I made my order and then didn’t receive it for a week. I then had to reach out to the company to ask where it was and only then did they tell me that my items were out of stock - I had ordered two different strains and they only sent me one with some extra of that one (sent without asking first whether this was adequate compensation) , so they still failed to deliver on one of my two originally ordered products. I flagged this to them and then had to chase *again*. they assured me that strain was now back in stock and they would be sending it to me. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since last correspondence and I still don’t have my item or a refund. Awful customer service. needs a lot of prompting and they use the excuse of being a family-run business, but in all honesty that is of no relevance when it comes to customer service and consumer law.
