I was initially excited when the company announced their launch, which was meant to occur on January 1st, along with the offering of free challenges. However, they clearly did not foresee the overwhelming interest, resulting in a delayed launch and multiple issues like the dashboard failing to update, Phase 1 being validated without moving on to Phase 2, and various other glitches. It's unfortunate that these problems were not anticipated sooner, indicating a lack of foresight from the management.
