My sweatshirt looked nothing like the examples on the website, it was very difficult to read the font and was basically illegible. Customer service offered to replace it for a $15 fee which I appreciate, but I still don’t think it’s right I have to pay an additional amount. I followed instruction on keeping the font under 8 characters and it was still not legible. I’m upset with this purchase. The sweatshirt was decent quality, I just wish I could wear it.
