I ordered a red sweatshirt with white lettering. I received a maroon colored sweatshirt. I reached out to customer service, sending them pictures along with a red t-shirt next to the maroon sweatshirt. They told me the correct item was sent but after receiving customer feedback they switched from a dark red sweatshirt to a bright red sweatshirt and offered me a 10% refund. I would have never ordered a "dark red" shirt. It is so off in color I will not wear it to my son's football games.
