Ineffective chatbot, poor customer service

This service collaborates with other platforms. They don't respond through chat (the only available method since they don't provide other options), and I found out that the chat shares services with another site. I hope someone takes note of the lack of customer service feedback. They eventually replied via email: I contacted them about a refund for a package I never accepted (it was the wrong order). After two weeks, I received my refund in my bank account. However, I must warn you that customer service is not very good and requires a lot of patience.
