I cancelled my FotoJet free trial before it expired, and FotoJet support confirmed the cancellation by email. Despite that confirmation, FotoJet charged my account on 29 September 2025. Premium features were never activated and my account still shows as suspended. I have screenshots of the support email and the bank transaction — in my experience, be careful before providing payment details.
