I forgot to cancel my subscription and I did realize just a few days later. I expected them to be more understanding and flexible. I hoped that they will be nice and professional and give me a refund, especially because it is a 1 year subscription. But I received just a screen shot in which it was stated that it was mentioned that I will be billed. I understand that this is the procedure, but a nice costumer interaction and service will also understand my human error and close my subscription and give me a refund especially because I did not used their services and I do not intend to for the year I was billed.
