My driveways are 28 year old concrete. They are still in perfect condition. I have sealed them about every 5 years with several different products. This time went with Foundation Armor SX 5000 deep penetrating solvent based sealer. After power washing and giving it 24 hrs to dry, It went on smooth using a high pressure concrete sealer sprayer. Unlike other products it hardly changed the color of my concrete at all and it dryed quickly.
