I always knew I would start my own business. Someday. From age 23-28, I built a career helping other people bring their visions to life. A few years ago, I would have told you I was a really good second in command for any highly visionary CEO looking for someone that could catch their vision and build it. So I kept putting off my own dreams for someday. And then I got cancer. I spent my 29th birthday in a hospital room, and spent most of 2022 learning how to walk again. And realized that someday wasn't real unless it was today. So I formed an LLC in November 2022. Made a couple of posts on Instagram and signed my first client in March 2023. Somehow grew that to my first $5K month by June-ish. Which is when I started looking for a program like Founder OS. At that point, I was mostly looking for a community of people on a similar journey facilitated by someone who was actually legit. My first $5K month was the first time I felt like I might actually have a business, and I knew the best, most fun way to build it would be alongside others. So I joined Founder OS and since then: • Have replaced my full-time income.• Got 5 referrals from existing clients in Q3 2023. • Transitioned out of my full-time job in October 2023. • Connected with some pretty awesome people and opportunities. My goals for this year are to: • Fully productize my services• Make my first hires• Automate as much as possible• Grow my online footprintBut no matter what happens I'm feeling grateful that I have a community of people to lean on for support, pour into, discover new opportunities, and be able to open doors when I can because no one wins alone.
