This entity is a rebrand of 'DaaP Inc' (Chicago-based), which currently owes thousands in unpaid wages to its development team.I am personally owed $1,150.00 for finalized software development work. Management acknowledged the debt but issued a notice of a 'six month delay' for settlement while simultaneously launching this new Foundersol brand to solicit new business.Furthermore, be advised that leadership frequently operates under aliases. The individual known as 'Steve Smith' is in fact the owner, Karthik Uppuluri. This lack of transparency and refusal to settle existing liabilities is a major red flag for any professional engagement.A formal wage claim has been filed with the Illinois Department of Labor. I strongly advise against any financial or professional association with Foundersol or its directors, Srivalli Evani and Karthik Uppuluri, until all outstanding debts from their previous entity are settled in full.
