I engaged Found It with high expectations, based on their initial promises of professionalism and timely delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.Despite a clear agreement on project timelines and progress updates, communication from their side quickly deteriorated. For nearly a month, I received no updates, no responses to follow-ups, and no evidence of meaningful progress. Repeated outreach was met with silence, reflecting a lack of accountability and basic professionalism.This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially after commitments were made in writing. In my view, Found It has failed to uphold even the most fundamental aspects of client service and project management.I have since requested a full refund, as the service delivered falls far below the agreed scope — and well below industry standards.I would advise others to proceed with caution. Reliability and transparency are essential in any business relationship — and sadly, Found It did not deliver on either.
