I am currently 39 years old (turning 40 in Oct). About four years ago, I started suffering with severe symptoms from perimenopause, but was misdiagnosed by my gynecologist and psychiatrists for years.
My cycle was coming every 16 to 20 days, brain fog and memory loss just became my daily life. For a while, I really thought I was losing my mind.
