I recently purchased 4 pieces of statuary and unfortunately one piece arrived broken. When I unpacked it, the damage appeared to have occurred during the original packing process rather than during transportation. I emailed Fountain Store and had a response in 10 minutes! Not only did I receive an apology, I have received a replacement statue. Fabulous customer service as far as I am concerned and definitely somewhere I will return to do further shopping.
