Do not--under any circumstances--trust Four Seasons with your home or your money. On January 22nd, I handed this company $10,600 for a brand-new boiler installation, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I paid ten thousand dollars to huddle in a freezing house while they prove their utter incompetence.
Barely two months after installation, the unit failed and began leaking. I have now had two separate technicians out in two days, and neither one of them had the basic professional skill set to fix a system THEY just installed. It is an absolute embarrassment.
I am now facing my second night in a row without heat in the dead of winter. Despite their "guarantees" and marketing fluff about "24/7 service," they have left me stranded. They claim they have to "order a part"--how is a brand-new, $10k+ system already a lemon? And why am I, the customer who paid a premium, the one suffering for their faulty equipment and lackluster technicians?
Four Seasons talks a big game about their warranties, but when the temperature drops and your family is cold, they offer nothing but excuses and delays. Their "service" is a joke, their "quality" is non-existent, and their "guarantees" aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
STAY AWAY. Take your money to a company that actually knows how to install a boiler and cares if their customers freeze. Four Seasons took my $10,600 and left me in the cold. Literally.

THREE NIGHTS FREEZING—A $10,600 NEGLIGENCE CLAIM IN THE MAKING

This isn't just a "bad experience" anymore; it’s a health hazard. I am now entering my THIRD NIGHT without heat in 30-degree weather because Four Seasons is incapable of fixing a $10,600 boiler they installed just two months ago.
Yesterday it was incompetence; today it’s a total collapse of service. They "can’t find the part." How does a multi-million dollar company install a brand-new system in January and then have zero ability to maintain it in March? I paid a premium for a "professional" installation, yet I am currently huddled in a house that is 30 degrees at night. I am literally starting to get sick because of their failure.
They have my $10,600. I have a useless metal box in my basement and a freezing home.
Despite knowing the outdoor temperatures are hitting freezing, they have offered NO SOLUTIONS. Just a shoulder shrug and "we'll try again tomorrow." This company does not care if you freeze. They do not care if their equipment fails. They only care about the check you write them on day one.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR FAMILY’S SAFETY, DO NOT CALL FOUR SEASONS. They are happy to take your five-figure payment and leave you to get sick in a cold house when their "guaranteed" product fails. This is beyond a "lemon"—this is a company that abandons its customers in the middle of winter.
