Had an EP12 battery installed mid December 2025. It has proved impossible to programme charge/discharge times despite the app saying that the settings are "successful " My installer has spoken to FOX on numerous occasions but still not working correctly. As its within the 30 day period I have rejected it and asked for a refund.
