Ordered a single silver ring. Foxrings designed it and made the ring. It was delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. After I received the ring the nightmare starts. I specifically ordered the more expensive ring because they mentioned I should if its for daily use. Its supposed to be durable and withstand daily normal use. After the first few months the design paint and cz stones start coming off. I emailed foxrings and it took months for a reply. When I explained what was going on there was no warranty offer to fix it they wanted to charge hundreds to fix/repair the ring. The ring didn't suffer any abuse other than washing my hands with soap. The lack of communication and ridiculous repair cost offers really upsets me. I had to email and reply to the emails already sent asking, "can I get some help with this". Worst buisness customer communication I've ever experienced. I regret buying my ring from foxrings 100%. Id recommend ANYONE else to do do buisness with. Next stop is the better buisness bureau.
