We used Fox Business Funding when we had an emergency business expense. The terms they offer are horrible and they absolutely take advantage of people's need. We had to pay $1,085 a week. We paid for 3 weeks and then had to pause for some personal issues. They were initially ok with working on pausing this for us. I could tell they weren't happy with it but they did work with us there. That was our only good experience. This was a loan that was to be paid back over the course of about 30 weeks. After we took care of personal issues, we called for a payoff (we only had the loan for about 5 weeks) and when we asked for a payoff they tried charging us for almost the entirety of the loan (original loan terms were that we borrowed 25k and they wanted us to pay 34k over the course of about 30 weeks). They wanted us to pay $31,500. We had worked with several business funding companies over the years, and we had NEVER had anyone do that. I asked for a phone call (as we had been corresponding via email) and Dave Sneider called us. He was by far the most rude, disrespectful, condescending person I have ever dealt with. He refused to give us any discount but after going around with him he finally offered $2,500 off for a payback total of $29,000. After that call ended, someone name Ozzy called and asked me what happened with Dave Sneider. I went through the call and Ozzy was very apologetic. He offered another $500 off for a payout of $28,500. Mind you, we had the loan for 6 weeks and paid 3 payments of $1,085. Our loan was $25,000 but after fees we only received $23,700. So our 6 week loan costed us approximately $8,000 in interest and fees. I know people talk about shark loans but this company is by far the WORST of the shark loans we have ever dealt with and I won't ever use them or recommend them to anyone.
