They have charged me for using a free trial! I cancelled the trial after a couple of days because the selection wasn’t amazing. Today (a month after I cancelled) they have taken the full amount out of my account. I contacted customer service and they said it’s because I already had a trial. I had never had a trial for Foxtel in the past. I asked them to provide me with the date I had already had a trial but they said they were not able to. They are absolutely liars and rip offs!
