I was hospitalised for emergency…

I was hospitalised for emergency surgery and had full intentions of cancelling during the trial period but ended up unable to do so in hospital for 5 days. I reached out to foxtel and explained the situation and they refused to do anything about it and refund me. The movie selection is very poor for the price you pay and it's disappointing that they wouldn't consider my circumstances. There are much better streaming services out there that are a quarter of the price and that are much more understanding and flexible with refunds and billing. I won't ever sign up for Foxtel again and will be sure to warn others not to also.
