I was supposed to have my IQ3 box replaced with an IQ4 box and satellite dish (due to the cable network closing down). I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and took the day off. The technician arrived today with an IQ4 box but no satellite dish! He said that the call centre did not schedule it correctly and that he would organize a digital antenna to be installed free of charge. He said the install would be in a couple of days and that someone would contact me. In the mean time I would not have access to free to air channels! I asked if he could put back my IQ3 box and he said no! I called Foxtel to find out what went wrong and of course got a call centre person who could not tell me anything. I asked for a supervisor, but was given the Australian call centre. Apparently, the request for a digital antenna was not received! The guy told me that the next available schedule would be in 3 weeks! Comedy of Errors! Foxtel, you need to get your shop in order! I have just a days wages waiting for something to be installed today. Now I have a disruption of service. Terrible experience!
