I tried to cancel a service as my 95 year old Father passed and he was the only user. He had the service for 26 years and they did everything to try and resign or not cancel. Hello, the man is dead, who the hell will watch it. So frustrating, especially the overseas call centre, they just don't understand us effectively. Now I will consider cancelling all my services .. Just hopeless, get the jobs back here to Aussies, you cheapskates.
