Pathetic service and Management hide behind mouth pieces who clearly have a script

We moved into a property that previous inhabitor had foxtel. We opened a new account first time using Foxtel and now they blocked our account by accident and it has been 5 days and still been given the run around by person on the phone, who refuses to put you through to their manager. Absolutely disgusting as they taking our payment and zero service.
