Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Very difficult to understand the people on the phone and I was told it’s my problem I can’t understand.Every year they increase the rates with a vague message saying “rates may increase” but you don’t know how much by until you receive the bill.Over priced, less and less sports and channels and cost goes up each year.
