am a Foxtel business customer was told when we installed the system that there was a dedicated support team devoted to business IQ customers, however when one of my boxes went down i called the so called dedicated number was on hold for a fair while only to be told that the tech rep could not try to deal with the problem as she was not trained in this system but would get someone to call back, next day i received a call telling me that there was a technician in the area but he had no equipment to fix the box in other words replace it and would not be back in the area for 3 -4 weeks again this is the dedicated IQ technician but he has no IQ boxes ??? so my business has a room down for 3 weeks just because Foxtel are unorganised and there customer service is non-existent company is a joke
