after 3 telephone calls and been transfer to 3 to 4 different people having to repeat my identity each time trying to organize a disconnect and reconnection at a new address and being told that the technician was a free service because we had been a customer for nearly 20 years we then find out later after another call (25 minutes wait time !)and 3 different people that the service had not being booked in and it would cost us $135. The language barrier is terrible an very frustrating. All I could hear was background noise of children and street music while on hold. Why pay a extremely high price for very poor support.
